Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

«Чисто» («the Service») is an AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and crypto-compliance platform that provides risk analysis of blockchain addresses, tokens, and smart contracts. The Service is available at indago-systems.com.

By registering an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction. The Service may not be used for any purpose that is unlawful in your country of residence.

You agree to provide accurate and current information during registration and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Access to paid analysis features is charged in токены «Чисто». Tokens are purchased via supported payment methods (USDT and other cryptocurrencies). The current exchange rate is displayed on the Pricing page.

Each API call or analysis check deducts the corresponding token amount from your balance as listed in the module cost table.

All token purchases are final and non-refundable. Because токены «Чисто» are a digital consumable that may be used immediately after purchase, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including accidental purchase, dissatisfaction with results, or account suspension.

If you believe a technical error caused an incorrect token deduction, please contact support. If confirmed, the affected tokens will be restored to your balance.

Users may earn referral balance by inviting new users who make payments. Referral balance may be converted to токены «Чисто» or withdrawn as USDT (minimum withdrawal applies). Rewards obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited and the accounts suspended.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Facilitate illegal financial activity, money laundering, or terrorism financing.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API beyond your authorized access.
• Circumvent rate limits, billing, or authentication mechanisms.
• Resell or redistribute analysis results as a standalone product without written permission.

The Service is provided «as is» without warranties of any kind. AML risk scores are informational outputs — they do not constitute legal, financial, or regulatory advice and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for compliance decisions.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analysis result. «Чисто» is not liable for any losses arising from reliance on the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, «Чисто» shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

We collect the following information to operate the Service:

• Account data: email address, hashed password, registration date.
• Usage data: API calls, token transactions, check history (addresses/hashes you submit).
• Payment data: transaction IDs and amounts processed through our payment provider. We do not store raw card numbers or private payment credentials.
• Session data: cookies or API keys used for authentication.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Analysis inputs may be retained for audit and service improvement. You may request deletion of your account by contacting support.

The Service uses session cookies for authentication only. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

These Terms are governed by applicable international commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first; failing that, through binding arbitration.
